☐ The mission of the __ is to, through collaboration and open communication, provide the best possible outcomes for Pasco County students who are about to exit the school system and enter adult life. The organization strives to find new ways to reach out to individuals with varying needs and put them in contact with agencies and organizations that can meet these needs. In order to do this,we must remain current in our knowledge of what each organization offers, and we must provide updated information to parents and students in the most user
friendly way possible.
